Why should I use online shopping?

Generally, shoppers enjoy ordering groceries from the privacy of their home, any time of day or night, and receiving their order fresh to their door from a friendly driver.

 

How to do I start shopping?

If you have not utilized our online service before, simply register in dizin.ca and create an account. If you already have an account, just sign in and start shopping.

 

Do you deliver to my area?

We offer delivery in Canada. To find out if we deliver to your area, please enter your Postal code on the "Sign In / Register" page.

 

What is our Delivery Schedule and cost?

Below table shows you what time of day your order must be placed to ensure it is shipped that day. Minimum one overnight span required for selecting proper time for delivery.

 Where do we deliver your order?

At your doorstep within agreed time window which you have clicked

 

Do we have to be home to get our orders?

Yes. For security or legal reasons order acknowledgement must be signed by you or your representative.

If you are not in when we deliver, if you had specified as note in your order, we will try to leave the order with a neighbor or in a secure place and drop you a message to let you know where we've left it.

 

How do you keep my groceries fresh?

Your order is selected the day of your delivery and loaded onto our delivery vehicles. Frozen items stay frozen and vegetables are crispy fresh when delivered.

 

How do I pay for my order?

Dizin.ca accepts paypal account, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Cash, debit and other charge accounts are currently not accepted online.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, Please contact us to confirm your order cancellation within two hours of placing an order.

 

Is there a fee if I cancel an order?

Our system gives you a two hour window to cancel or change your order. After this time, we will try to stop your shipment in our warehouse, if possible. If we are unable to stop the shipment, we will have to charge you the shipping charges to retrieve the packages.

 

What do I do if I Forget My Password?

On the dizin.ca sign in page, Click on “Forgot your password?”you will then be given a chance to enter your Email Address and have your password sent to you.

 

Can I change my email address?

Dizin.ca allows you to update your account information. You can update your email address, and ship to address by clicking on “My Account” and then “Update Account”. Please remember that this is the place you change your bill to address if you have recently moved.

 

How do I find out the shipping charges?

During check-out process you can select shipping time/address and find out the charges.

 

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes, your personal information is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Should I tip the drivers?

No, our drivers do not accept tips but they do appreciate your gratitude.

 

Is there any delivery to businesses?

Yes! Many businesses enjoy convenient online shopping. There are ways to get FREE or discounted delivery.
