    Shomal's parboiled basmati is my favourite brand of basmati rice now. It has the same flavour and aroma I expect from basmati rice, but it also has a superb texture when cooked - the grains flow freely and rarely clump up when the rice is properly rinsed.

    I would definitely buy this again.
