Organic Vegetable Fusilli is a curly-shaped noodle made from spinach, beets, and durum wheat semolina. This slightly nutty in flavor noodle cooks in a large pot of salted, boiling water for approximately 10 minutes (al dente), or until desired texture; ideal for pasta salads or serving with the sauce of your choice.
